Job Title:

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Compliance Engineer to manage and implement environmental compliance strategies for large-scale tunnel transit projects in the New York/New Jersey area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all project activities comply with NEPA regulations, including the preparation and submission of Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) and Environmental Assessments (EA).
• Oversee the implementation of NEPA-related mitigation measures and conditions.
• Develop and review environmental documentation, including compliance reports, permit applications, and environmental management plans.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental compliance engineering, focusing on NEPA regulations.
• Experience with large infrastructure projects, particularly tunnel or transit projects, is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
