Energy Auditor & Bca Specialist (Part-time)

Axcel Building Solutions is seeking a part-time Energy Auditor & Building Condition Specialist in Toronto, ON. Candidates should have at least 4 years of related experience, including 2 years in energy audits. The role involves both office and field work, requiring travel within a 300km radius of the GTA.
Axcel Building Solutions is looking for an Energy Auditor & Building Condition Specialist to join our team in part-time basis . Reporting to the Certified Energy Manager (CEM), your main tasks will be: Conduct building inspections for apartment buildings, condominiums and town houses. Execution and project management of ASHRAE Level I, II and III energy audits/studies, energy modeling and feasibility studies. Conduct field work for energy audit/building condition assessment evaluation for a variety of residential, commercial and institutional properties Writing, development and preparation of detailed energy audits/studies Analyze findings of the site investigations and prepare BCA reports. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 4 years of related experience which includes at least 2 years of building energy audit/BCA experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills are essential. Self-starter with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and varied workloads. This position is part time and located in Ontario. This position has a combination of office and field work. This position will require climbing, working at heights and/or working within confined spaces. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.
