Electrical Quality & Technical Lead, Utility Energy

Tesla Energy is seeking an Electrical Quality and Technical Lead for their Utility Energy division in Brisbane, Australia. The role involves overseeing and directing megapack site construction projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with design and engineering teams, subcontractors, and peer leadership, as well as overseeing commissioning and acceptance testing of the entire plant. The ideal candidate should have an unrestricted electrical license, high voltage qualifications, 3-5 years of professional experience in commissioning or installation of large-scale energy systems, knowledge of SCADA systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. This is a full-time position with no degree requirement.
