Electrical Quality & Technical Lead, Utility Energy

Tesla Energy is seeking an Electrical Quality and Technical Lead for their Industrial Energy Storage Products (Megapack) projects. The role involves overseeing site construction projects, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and ensuring timely delivery and quality. The lead will also be responsible for commissioning and acceptance testing of the entire plant, including electrical systems, batteries, and auxiliary systems. Requirements include an unrestricted electrical license, experience in commissioning large-scale energy systems, knowledge of SCADA systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. This is a full-time position with no specific degree requirement.
