Solar Energy Partners is hiring an Electrical Foreman for solar C&I installations in Smyrna, GA. The role involves leading installation crews, ensuring code compliance, and managing project timelines. Candidates should have 3+ years of solar installation experience and 1+ year in a lead role. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial and industrial (C&I) solar installation crews across retail locations throughout the state of Georgia. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage field teams, ensure high-quality and code-compliant installations, and keep projects on schedule in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

This position offers strong long-term growth potential into Superintendent or Project Manager roles as our C&I portfolio expands.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and supervise on-site crews performing commercial rooftop PV installations.

· Coordinate daily work plans, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

· Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical installation work.

· Ensure installations are code-compliant and meet quality standards.

· Conduct safety meetings and maintain OSHA-compliant job sites.

· Review drawings, plans, and one-lines for accurate installation.

· Resolve field issues quickly while maintaining project timelines.

· Coordinate with site contacts, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

· Complete daily reports, photo documentation, and material tracking.

· Support inspections, walkthroughs, and punch list closeout.

· Communicates progress, risks, and needs to PMs and leadership.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of commercial or C&I solar installation experience.

· 1+ year in a lead/foreman role.

· Strong understanding of NEC and commercial electrical systems.

· Ability to read construction drawings and electrical schematics.

· Valid driver's license; statewide travel required.

· OSHA 10/30, NABCEP, or electrical licensing is a plus.

· Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
