Job Description
The Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center is seeking dedicated volunteers to join their Docent Program. Docents help educate visitors about the organization, mission, and resident wildlife, providing valuable hands-on experience. Benefits include a discount at the gift shop and free admission. Requirements include being at least 18 years old, working well independently and with others, and having current Tetanus vaccinations. Successful completion of the Docent Training Program is necessary for consideration as an Animal Care volunteer candidate. Email volunteer@alaskawildlife.org with any questions.
