Insight Global is hiring a Director of Information Technology for a nonprofit client in Cincinnati, OH, offering a 12-month contract-to-hire position. The role requires onsite work four days a week and one day remote. Responsibilities include overseeing IT operations, managing infrastructure, ensuring security, and leading strategic planning. Candidates should have a cybersecurity certification, at least five years of leadership experience, and familiarity with Microsoft environments and CRM systems. Compensation ranges from $55 to $59 per hour, with benefits starting on the 31st day.
Insight Global is seeking a Director of IT for one of our clients who is in non- profit industry. This role would require to be onsite 4 day a week and one day will be work from home in Cincinnati. This would be a 12-month contract to hire. The Director of IT will be joining a small IT team which would involve overseeing 4 other individuals and should be prepared to interact with multiple departments within the organization.

This individual will be responsible for the overall strategic planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions for the organization. This includes directing IT operations to meet the needs of staff, donors, volunteers, agencies, and call center stakeholders while ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of technology solutions and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including networking, voice services, servers, storage, workstations, security, email, conference rooms, cabling, and cloud services.
• Identify and address security vulnerabilities.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Oversee IT budgeting and capital expenditures.
• Maintain policies for IT infrastructure and asset configuration.
• Support implementation and optimization of business applications, including CRM (Salesforce).
• Oversee technology-driven special projects.
• Lead IT strategic planning in alignment with organizational goals.

Must Haves:
• Cyber security certification
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position
• Overseeing people and processes
• Experience working in a full Microsoft environment
• Experience with CRM systems, cloud computing, network security, and IT service management

Plusses:
• BA in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Nonprofit background

Compensation:

$55/hr to $59/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
