Director of Formulation

Blueland is seeking a Director of Formulation to drive formulation needs and product scale-up for their eco-friendly cleaning and personal care products. The role involves evolving the product formulation process to prioritize efficacy, quality, sustainability, and cost. The ideal candidate will have strong formulation knowledge, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include leading the company's product strategy, collaborating with the Chief Innovation Officer, and optimizing current products. This key role reports to the Chief Innovation Officer.
