Design Director

GHD is seeking a Design Director to work in their UAE office. The successful candidate will lead the design team, drive design excellence, build client relationships, mentor junior architects, and develop strategic approaches. They will also be responsible for presenting building concept designs, coordinating design elements, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Architecture, at least 15 years of design experience with 5 years in a leadership role, strong design and project management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
