Design Coordinator

John Holland is seeking a Design Coordinator to work on a regional project in Torbanlea. The role involves assisting the Design Manager in planning and controlling the delivery of project design, coordinating project members, monitoring designers' progress, assisting with design approval, managing subcontractors, and collating and reporting information. The successful candidate should have a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Building, Construction, Engineering or Quantity Surveying, 3 years' experience in tendering project delivery, multidiscipline project experience, and knowledge of project management and people management processes.
