DOCUMENT PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

Herbert Smith Freehills is hiring a Document Production Team Leader to oversee their national Document Production team. The role can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, or Perth with working hours between 4pm - 12am AEST. Responsibilities include supervising and delivering high-quality document creation and formatting services, allocating work to the team, utilizing global resources, providing application support, and performing document production tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in document production, proven leadership skills, strong time-management and organizational skills, advanced MS Word knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
