Corporate Governance Officer

The Clean Energy Finance Corporation is seeking a Corporate Governance Officer to contribute to the good governance of the organization. The officer will provide support to the board, executive team, and relevant governance forums, including tasks such as meeting preparation and coordination, maintenance of registers, administrative support, and collation of meeting packs. The ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Knowledge of MS suite of products and Diligent is preferred. First Nations candidates are encouraged to apply.
