Corporate Development Manager

Brighte Capital Pty Ltd is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to drive growth opportunities for the company. The manager will be responsible for leading corporate development projects, including fundraising, M&A, investor relations, and market expansion activities. They will collaborate with the CFO on special projects and new product research, analyze markets and pricing, assist with funding needs, and manage strategic transactions. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy, with strong transaction and capital raising experience. They should also have excellent communication skills and project management experience. A relevant degree or post-graduate qualification is required.
