Job Description
John Holland is hiring a Contracts Administrator in Australia. The role involves assisting in preparations and negotiations with subcontractors, providing contract administration services, and controlling contract costs. Responsibilities include drafting scopes of works, managing subcontractors, maintaining commercial and contract systems, minimizing variation claims, interpreting specifications and drawings, assessing risks, preparing progress claims, and undertaking general business administration. The ideal candidate should have relevant commercial administration experience, proficiency in software packages, experience in the construction and engineering industry, and a degree in a relevant field. Post graduate qualifications are a plus.
