Engaged since 1995 alongside our clients to support them in their transformation towards more sustainable economic models and their operational implementations, our Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team in France consists of over 200 consultants, 1800 in Europe, and over 3000 internationally.

Faced with unprecedented business and public sector needs, our multidisciplinary teams are recruiting several experienced profiles to help address these new challenges and turn them into opportunities. Our main areas of intervention are as follows:

  • ESG Strategy and its integration into the organization
  • Climate Strategy, carbon trajectory, and energy performance
  • Measurement, steering, and reliability of non-financial performance
  • Sustainable products and brands
  • Sustainable and responsible supply chains
  • HSE Due Diligence (Health, Safety, and Environment) and ESG (Environment, Social Governance)
  • Development and evaluation of public policies in the energy and environment sectors

Your responsibilities

Within the Climate Change Sustainability (CCaSS) department, you will assist our clients with Environmental, Health, and Safety challenges, including workplace health and safety, pollution control, waste and hazardous products management, and more. Working with a portfolio of leading national and international clients, as well as French and European investment funds, you will be fully integrated into the CCaSS team and will operate in various sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating the compliance of companies and industrial facilities in terms of Environment, Health, and Safety at Work
  • Identifying corrective actions to ensure compliance with national and European regulations
  • Preparing reports identifying HSE material risks, evaluating environmental management systems, residual risks, and proposing corrective actions
  • Reviewing environmental provisions and quantifying risks with associated Capex and Opex
  • Preparing and conducting HSE training for clients and internal teams
  • Participating in audit missions of companies' non-financial disclosures and sustainable development consultancy

You will have the responsibility of leading a workstream as a Senior Consultant or a project team as a Manager. This includes defining the approach, overseeing junior teams, project management, client relationship management, delivering outputs, meeting client demands and completion conditions, budget and timeline adherence, and presenting conclusions to key stakeholders.


  • Graduated from a general engineering school or with a Bac +5 in HSE or related discipline
  • 2-6 years of experience in Consulting or the industrial sector on HSE topics
  • Developed human and managerial qualities
  • Desire to maintain a spirit of kindness, mutual aid, and serenity within the team
  • Demonstrated efficiency, excellence, and ability to work in high-pressure environments with high client expectations
