Construction Project Manager

Environmental Design Group in Akron, OH is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects for their Construction Management Client Service Group. Responsibilities include managing construction inspections, documentation, client communication, and team leadership. The Project Manager will report to the Director of Construction Management and must have a Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering. Experience in managing construction projects and vertical construction is preferred. Additional duties include budget management, risk mitigation, client relationship building, and business development activities.
