Complex Collections Lead

AGL, an energy company based in Docklands VIC, Australia, is seeking a Complex Collections Lead to manage and optimize high-value and highly aged debt collections. The lead will oversee a team of credit specialists and collections officers, providing coaching and support to resolve aged debtors within the complex collections portfolio. Responsibilities include executing the customer collections strategy, monitoring performance metrics, managing aged debt, ensuring team performance, and delivering effective communication. A degree in a business-related discipline is preferred, but industry experience, particularly in the energy sector, is advantageous.
