Complex Collections Lead

AGL, an Australian energy company, is seeking a Complex Collections Lead to manage and optimize high value and aged debt collections for their most indebted residential customers. The lead will provide leadership to a team of credit specialists and collections officers, ensuring compliance and resolving aged debtors within the complex collections portfolio. They will also develop and monitor performance metrics, support the team in meeting targets, and communicate effectively with the team. A degree in a business-related discipline is preferred but not essential.
