Complex Collections Lead

AGL Energy is seeking a Complex Collections Lead to manage and optimize high-value and highly aged debt collections for their most indebted residential customers. The lead will provide leadership to a team of credit specialists and collections officers, ensuring compliance and resolving aged debtors within the complex collections portfolio. They will also develop and monitor performance metrics, manage aged debt, and support the team in meeting targets. A degree in a business-related discipline is preferred, but industry experience, including previous energy industry experience, will also be considered.
