Federation University Australia is hiring a Community Careers and Training Advisor for their Skills and Jobs Centre at the SMB Campus in Ballarat, VIC. The advisor will provide vocational training, career, and job seeking advice to students/clients, conduct skills assessments, deliver group sessions and workshops, and develop relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have experience in careers advisory or a related field, excellent communication and mentoring skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. A valid Working With Children Check is required for this position.
