Climate Resilience Specialist

The Climate Resilience Specialist position at IRC involves leading efforts to adapt programs to be more resilient to climate change impacts. Responsibilities include supporting program design, business development, and building organizational resources for climate resilience. The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in fragile contexts, expertise in relevant program areas, knowledge of conflict-climate intersection, strong data literacy, and excellent communication skills.
