Job Description

NOAA is seeking a Climate Resilience Fellow to support the Climate Resilience Regional Challenge projects, specifically for Building a Climate Ready New Jersey. The role involves translating scientific guidance into actionable plans and engaging with diverse communities. This full-time fellowship does not require a specific degree.
About the Fellowship*

Are you passionate about climate resilience and community development? Do you have experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders? We invite applications from individuals who share our commitment to building resilient coastal communities.

This fellowship position is part of the NOAA Coastal Resilience Fellowship Program, supporting the Climate Resilience Regional Challenge (CRRC) projects. The fellow will support the project: Building a Climate Ready New Jersey.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, including translating science and guidance into actionable plans, leveraging technical expertise of project partners and practitioners, and facilitating targeted community engagement.
