**Job Description** We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our Renewable Energy practice in our Richmond VA office. Projects in this group focus on utility scale wind and solar farm projects, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design, mass grading, road and crane path design. The successful candidate will have entrepreneurial spirit and create a vision for growth and contribute to the growth of the Solar discipline with the support of accounting, administrative, marketing, recruiting, and IT. Dewberry is a leading market-facing professional services firm with more than 50 locations and 2,000 professionals nationwide.

**Responsibilities**

• Design portions of a project using relevant office software modeling and AutoCAD Civil 3D technology
• Prepare specifications materials using research and manufacturing catalogs to specify materials installation inspection and payment of items specific to a project
• Lead direct and grow the renewable energy practice for Dewberry
• Building and maintaining positive client relationships while establishing sales goals
• Complete design and plan sets

**Required Skills**

• 8 Years of experience
• Design experience with Solar Systems
• Extensive local client contacts and relationships in addition to relationships with local jurisdictional staff
• Successful track record of winning work
• Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage and mentor staff
• Direct resources effectively in a positive manner
• Experience with Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) and local utility requirements
