Chiplet Systems Design/ Architecture Engineer

Analog Devices is seeking a Systems Architecture Engineer to work in the Advanced Technology Group within the Chief Technology Office. The role involves being a chiplet interface point of contact, focusing on research and development projects for chiplet-based designs. Responsibilities include supporting development efforts, working with external IP providers, contributing to chiplet standards organizations, and coordinating internal chiplet projects. The position aims to drive and align ADI's die-to-die interface and chiplet architecture.
