Chief Development Officer

The Climate Center is seeking a Chief Development Officer with strong fundraising experience and established funder relationships in California to support their urgent Climate-Safe California campaign. The role involves leading fund development efforts, collaborating with the management team and Board, and implementing strategic fundraising programs. Key responsibilities include creating annual fundraising plans, diversifying the donor base, and managing relationships with major donors. The ideal candidate will be innovative, results-oriented, and knowledgeable about environmental and climate policy.
