Change Manager

ENGIE is hiring a Change Manager to lead and manage end-to-end change management, including implementation across various teams, related to business systems and processes. The role can be worked flexibly between home and the office. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating the impact of proposed changes, developing and delivering change plans, engaging stakeholders, and supporting the embedding of change. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in Change Management/Project Management, preferably in the retail energy industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively are required.
