Monday through Thursday 9:00 -12:00 a.m. or 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Ask for the Production or Plant Manager.

BASIC INFORMATION:
• STARTING WAGE $17 - $20/hr.; eligible for overtime after 40 hrs. Starting wage dependent on experience.
• PROFIT SHARING: Eligible for profit sharing after short probationary period. Bonuses are on top of wages: $2.50 - $5.00 per hour.
• STEADY 40 hours per week
• INDOOR PRODUCTION; work not impacted by weather
• HOURS: 10 hours per day Monday-Thursday; eligible for overtime
• Paid holidays
• (2) Weeks paid vacation after 6 months
• Eligible for 401(k) after 6 months (Company has matching plan)
• Initial drug screening required

TEAM MEMBER CHARACTERISTICS SOUGHT:
• Dependable; be at work on time
• Able to read and use a tape measure
• Familiar and skilled with construction tools
