CIP Bourg en Bresse

GEPSA Institut is looking for a Professional Integration Advisor M/F

This permanent position (CDI) is to be filled in Bourg en Bresse as soon as possible with a full-time workload of 35 hours per week.

You will work with adults facing difficulties and assist them in developing their professional project in accordance with the specifications. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and developing relationships
  • Evaluating and supporting the beneficiary in building their professional path
  • Conducting individual interviews and leading collective actions, and potentially professional training actions
  • Intervening in pre-release programs, including in penitentiary settings
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal partners and the socio-professional environment
  • Complying with the applicable criminal procedure code for external interveners
  • Controlling activities
  • Participating in the evaluation of socio-professional care programs, sharing experiences, analyzing and addressing expressed needs, and providing expertise within the team
  • Participating in employment information and training programs
  • Activity monitoring optimization, including evaluating methods and tools to experiment with improvements
  • Collecting, analyzing, and disseminating quantitative and qualitative results from actions

Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in the field
  • Proficiency in computer tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

**What we offer**

  • Monthly gross salary of €2300 on a 12-month basis
  • Annual variable bonus
