Job Description

The University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science Portal is hiring an Assistant Research Scientist to work at the Global Nitrogen Innovation Center for Clean Energy and the Environment (NICCEE) in Maryland. The role involves developing data and modeling tools to assess the feasibility and environmental impacts of innovative agricultural technologies like green ammonia. The successful candidate must have a PhD in a related field, a strong publication record, and experience with computer-based modeling. Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and/or Techno-economic Analysis (TEA) is preferred. This is a full-time position.
