Apprenticeship Project Manager (CA or Midwest)

SOLV Energy is seeking an Apprenticeship Project Manager to ensure compliance with apprentice requirements, manage IRA compliance, oversee site-based teams, and develop processes for program auditing and reporting. The role involves monitoring apprenticeship programs, managing third-party compliance, and controlling project budgets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in compliance programs, and knowledge of Public Works Administration projects. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills are required. Travel to job sites is necessary.
