Senior Regional Sales Manager - Storz Power

**Reports to:** CEO/COO

Position Overview

To be successful as a Senior Regional Sales Manager, you should be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Performance Duties

  • Responsible for hitting sales targets assigned to the territory
  • Direct regional team's sales activity within the territory
  • Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Distribution and Storz Certified Partners (SCPs) in person meetings
  • Negotiate opportunities for a successful close
  • Submits orders following company pricing policies and procedures
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity into the CRM
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain professional and technical knowledge
  • Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their business
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams
  • Provide feedback to marketing operations for process improvement
  • Provide forecasting and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information

Requirements and Skills

  • Cultivate solid relationships with customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales
  • Conduct research on competitors' products and market success
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
