New Roots Farm Coordinator

The New Roots Farm Coordinator at IRC - The International Rescue Committee in Phoenix, AZ is responsible for managing the New Roots Urban Farm and Community Gardening Program. This role involves overseeing farmer training, resource acquisition, day-to-day operations, production management, and volunteer coordination. The Coordinator will manage farm sites, provide technical assistance on organic farming practices, oversee infrastructure maintenance, and develop community partnerships. Reporting to the New Roots Program Manager, the Coordinator will also monitor production data and participate in program development.
