Educational Qualifications Bachelors (BE/B. Tech) or Masters degree in Biotechnology, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or Bioprocessing. Professional Experience 510 years of professional experience in a grain-based distillery or biofuel production industry. Technical ExpertiseGrain-based Ethanol Process Expertise.Proficient in Grain milling (Rice/Corn/Sorghum/Wheat), Liquefaction and saccharification process, fermentation, distillation, and DDGS processes. Skilled in selecting optimal yeast strains for maximizing ethanol yield. Experienced in yeast propagation, and maintaining yeast viability and vitality. Proficient in troubleshooting yeast-related issues, such as contamination, low viability, and suboptimal fermentation performance. Expertise in optimizing fermentation parameters (e.g., temperature, pH, and nutrient levels) for efficient sugar-to-ethanol conversion.
