    Location  Pune     Job Type  Full time     No. of openings  1     Experience Required  3+years     Type of role  Specialist | Managerial | Strategic    What you'll do:    B2B Lead Generation - Plan, strategize & end-to-end execute a diverse set of paid campaigns across various social media channels & email-outreach platforms for generating high-quality leads for PadCare's B2B business model. Herein, the individual shall be responsible to create data-driven approaches to performance as well as brand marketing for achieving optimal results wherein one of the impact areas shall also be about optimizing the Cost Per Lead Metrics.     Marketing P&L - Take the P&L ownership of our Growth Marketing function and devise different approaches to optimizing the marketing ad-spends in order to drive enhanced ROI.     SEO Implement different strategies & approaches to improve PadCare's webpage ranking through various On-page/Off-page optimizations while collaborating with the rest of the marketing team.     Reporting & Analysis - Consistently sharing various types of marketing reports pertaining to audience analytics, campaign performance, Cost per Lead, Cost per Impression, and other KPIs followed by presenting interesting insights around the data and impactful story-telling approach.     Team Management Effectively mentor a marketing team of 2-4 people while showcasing a high degree of mutual respect, trust, support & empathy.  What you'll need:   Proven experience of 2-4 years as a B2B Marketing/Growth Manager.    A degree in Marketing, Mass- Communications, Journalism, Advertising or equivalent shall be an added advantage    Excellent hands-on experience with paid advertising channels/tools like LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads, Youtube ads, SEO Tools, data visualization tools, etc    You have a deep understanding of Google Analytics.    You are a data-driven marketer for whom marketing is about telling an interesting story through numbers.    High degree of business acumen & entrepreneurial spirit.    A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail.    Passion & hustle to take on & solve problems.    Willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute as opposed to creating strategies.
