Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the environment. The Director of Climate Justice will play a critical role in advancing CLF's mission and contributing to the success of our Environmental Justice program.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive climate justice strategy
• Manage a team of professionals to advance climate justice initiatives
• Collaborate with other senior leaders on the Environmental Justice team to execute a team-wide strategy
• Represent CLF before partner communities, public officials, supporters, and other audiences
Requirements
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including litigation and policy experience
• Demonstrated experience in managing people and projects
• A law degree and active bar membership in good standing in any state (New England state is preferred)
• Experience working on climate justice and environmental justice issues, preferably in the New England region
